The Museum
In 1995 the World Awareness Children’s Museum was created in Glens Falls, New York with a mission to foster curiosity, awareness, understanding, and appreciation of worldwide cultural diversity for children and adults.  The Museum offers: • go! - our onsite interactive multi-cultural exhibition space to explore individually or with a prearranged group tour led by the Museum educator • The International Youth Art Exchange with its collection of 6000+ pieces of art from more than 70 countries and extensive collection of authentic artifacts and educational objects • educational outreach programs to regional schools and groups • offsite exhibitions and exhibitions for loan to national, regional and local museums, organizations and schools.
