The Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC)
LARAC is an arts service organization for Warren, Washington and northern Saratoga Counties in New York state. It was formed in 1972 by a coalition of arts-minded residents, to unitify the arts and cultural community and establish a cultural identity. Each year LARAC expands programs and services, evolving in response to community needs. LARAC's goal is to insure the continuation of local arts and cultural endeavors as enriching and supportive of the quality of life in the region.
