1. An enrollment option is included at no additional cost with any size exhibition loan. If you are not requesting an exhibition loan this year, complete the top and bottom box information on the Order Form and return this with your enrollment fee.
2. Works prepared especially for the Art Exchange Program should be on this years theme: Changes: Your World - Our World. Exceptional pieces you may have this year on other subjects can also be accepted, but the submission limit is 35 pieces with no minimum.
3. Artworks can not be larger than 12 x 18 inches.
4. The work can be in any media but should not be framed or mounted. Complete, artistic, colorful works are preferred.
5. Please photocopy the enclosed blank U.S. Student Artwork Identification Sheet to meet your needs (ten entries can be listed per page). We need this completed uncut set of sheets included with your submissions and will return it with a matching supply of Certificates for these students. Each drawing however must have with it by attachment the appropriate cut square from a copy of these sheets.
6. Your students photograph and/or a short note about their drawing are welcome additions. Please include these if available. They can be paper-clipped or stapled to the corresponding artworks, and photographs should include the students name on reverse.
7. To be included in the judging process for awards, all need to be received by
April 1st, 2009.

8. Any artworks and materials, by submission to the International Youth Art Exchange, become property of the World Awareness Childrens Museum and can not be returned. All rights are assigned to the World Awareness Children's Museum for use, distribution or reproduction in the best interests of its ongoing international exchange program.
